Balloons N' More Guarantee

All products ordered from Balloons N' More are covered by our 100% guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) is not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product or the product is in some way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases a full refund or credit will be given.

For damaged products please notify our customer service staff within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise and we will arrange to have the damaged product picked up by our carrier and replaced to you within 48 hours after we have received the return.

Return Policy: No returns will be accepted on food gift basket items, if a food item is damaged or spoiled we will replace the item as long as we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt of your package. All gift items that are defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced, or may be returned for a full refund. Special orders, personalized items, invitations, favors and balloon deliveries are non-refundable.

Cancellations: All orders placed are processed for payment upon receipt. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping a $5.00 processing fee will be charged on the credit card you provided. No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped from our store. Please see delivery policy for shipment processing.
