All orders received by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Balloons N' More ships all packages from our New York store, via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Use the map below as a guide to judge how many business days it typically takes UPS to deliver a parcel from our New York Location to to another destination in the continental US. UPS ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air or Overnight Air Express. Saturdays & Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. For more detailed tracking visit www.ups.com and enter the tracking number we provide you with for your scheduled arrival date.

To guarantee your packages arrive in the best condition, we suggest that someone be at the location you have ordered your delivery for. Please note that due to security reasons, some office buildings and government agencies have instituted their own receiving policies and they must be adhered to regardless of any special delivery instructions you have provided us with. We can not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses that you have provided and a $10.00 address correction fee will be added to your credit card for any incorrect address information you provided. If there is a dispute, we will provide you with a copy of the address correction report from UPS as our back up.
