Halloween Balloon Decor for the Porch and the Party
Halloween is the one holiday where the decorating is the point. Nobody puts a skeleton on the lawn because it is expected of them. They do it because it is fun.
The problem is that most Halloween decor is bought in a panic on October 28th, and by then the good pieces are gone and you are hanging a plastic spider web on the hedge. Here is what we actually stock, and when to order it.
The Porch Piece
If you buy one thing, buy the thing that stands by the front door and greets people.
The Scary Pumpkin Head Airloonz is air filled, not helium, which means it stands on the floor on its own and holds for weeks rather than days. It is roughly person sized. Trick or treaters react to it, which is the entire job.
The Animated Witch Cauldron is the other one people stop for. It sits on a tripod and it moves, and it is genuinely more effective on a dark porch than anything static.
The rest of our Halloween decor collection runs from wall hangings to lifesize figures. It is the part of the catalog people do not know we carry.
The Party Bouquets
Balloon bouquets do something Halloween decor usually does not: they float at eye level and above, so they fill the vertical space in a room that otherwise looks bare.
Our Halloween bouquets split into two moods. There is cute, and there is genuinely creepy, and you should pick one on purpose.
Cute is the Twin Ghost Bouquet and the Bat, Cat, Ghost and Pumpkin Bouquet. Friendly faces, orange and black, safe for a room full of six year olds.
Creepy is the All Eyes Are On You Bouquet, which is exactly what it sounds like and is not for the kindergarten party. The Black Cats and Orange Latex Bouquet sits in between: adult enough for a grown up party, not so much that it scares anyone.
The Timing Nobody Gets Right
Helium balloons look their best for about five to seven days indoors. So a bouquet delivered on October 30th is right for a party on the 31st, and a bouquet delivered on the 20th is not.
Air filled decor is the opposite. Airloonz and our standing pieces hold for weeks, so those you can put out at the start of the month and forget about. That is why the porch piece and the party bouquets are two different orders on two different dates.

If You Are Actually Throwing a Party
A Halloween party is a room that needs to look transformed, and balloon bouquets on the tables will only get you part of the way there.
An orange and black organic garland along the mantel or the doorway does more for a room than any amount of small decor, and a balloon column at the entrance sets the tone before anyone takes their coat off. We build both to order.
